Veterinary Practice Transactions

While we represent a variety of businesses, Mastin Bergstrom concentrates on assisting and representing veterinarians with all aspects of their intended practice transitions. We advise and represent our veterinary clients and handle all of the documentation necessary to establish, form, and manage their veterinary practice. We handle all facets of the transactions associated with buying and selling veterinary practices, leasing or buying the space for the practice, and bringing in or retiring out associated / partners.
