Alex has developed a wide array of experience in his time since graduating from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. Specifically, Alex has experience in Entity Formation, Business Start-Up, Employment Matters, and Bankruptcy. However, now as part of Mastin Bergstrom, Alex is excited to utilize his skills in helping companies in all matters surrounding their businesses. He believes his role is to assist and advise clients in the lifecycle of their business.

In addition to joining Mastin Bergstrom, Alex works as a sports attorney and athlete agent. Specializing in Baseball, Alex continues to help guide young athletes through the process of their career, beginning in Major League Baseball draft preparation, contract negotiation, and through their retirement. He has handled a number of matters that face each of these athletes daily.

Ultimately, Alex’s goals remain client focused. He desires to be available for each client’s needs in running their successful practice or business. He’s excited to help each client feel that they are heard and well represented throughout their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Alex’s interests include golfing, weight lifting, men’s league softball, and watching far too much baseball. Alex also continues to give lectures at the University of Denver’s Sports Law class and coaches the school’s National Baseball Arbitration Team. He particularly enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, Erin.
