Ms. Mastin practices international law and provides specialized assistance in select immigration matters.  Representative casework includes assisting US companies with foreign counsel relationships and oversight (specializing in Latin America), entity formation in East Africa, and international transactions.  Ms. Mastin is a native speaker of Spanish.
