Jon E. Nealer

Mr. Nealer joined Mastin Bergstrom LLC in 2021. Mr. Nealer received his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2017. Prior to joining Mastin Bergstrom in 2021, he clerked for several judges in Golden and Fort Collins, gaining courtroom experience in property and HOA litigation. Since his clerkships, Mr. Nealer has focused strongly on commercial real estate law, specializing in leases, property sales and acquisitions. He has represented Fortune 500 companies in leases worth tens of millions of dollars and helped sell and acquire commercial properties both in Denver and across the country.

Before beginning his legal practice, Mr. Nealer worked for the nation’s second largest environmental agency. He helped lead a team tasked with protecting drinking water across the State of Texas and worked with the EPA to implement new procedures. He also routinely spoke at state-wide conferences, instructing government officials on state and federal environmental regulations.
